Brunch staples like our Signature Pancakes with whipped ricotta, Sweet Potato Fritter, and Dukkah Avo remain firmly on the menu, but the standouts are the dishes that blend culture with creativity. Like the Lamb Eggs – labne on toasted sourdough, topped with lamb kafta, cucumber, poached eggs, zaatar oil, and pomegranate. Or the Shawarma Tacos, finished with parsley herb salad, pickled peppers, garlic yoghurt, with a side of chips.
